Register your unit by filling out registration forms and mail them to the Bay-Lakes Council offices in Appleton, Wisconsin by JUNE 19TH. Registration forms are in the program guide. Units registering after this deadline will be assessed a penalty fee of $2.00 per person.

The cost to attend Bay Jammer is only a modest $18.00. Registration costs include participation in all Bay Jammer events, dances, Saturday dinner, all certificates, ribbons, plaques, and commemorative patches. Bay Jammer prides itself on being a relatively inexpensive event in comparison to other events in the region.

It will be your unit's responsibility for all meals except the Saturday buffet dinner. Extra dinners will be available for purchase to the parents of participants on Saturday at a cost of $10.00, which also includes a patch. The purchase of a dinner only does NOT gain entry into the Saturday dance. Youth must be registered members of a participating unit to attend all events and the dances. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Camp Staff Registration Information

Camp staffers are not allowed to participate in events by paying the $10.00 fee. If your camp staff would like to compete, your group must pay the complete fee of $18.00 per person. All camp staff participants must be registered members of your Venture Crew.
